We do not transmit or store your video, audio, or transcripts on an external server that we can access.
1. Scope
This policy applies to VocaClip, an iOS app provided by TIIDA TECH LTD.
2. On-device processing
Transcription runs on your device. Videos you select, temporary extracted audio, and transcripts are not uploaded to our servers for transcription. Temporary media is removed after processing.
3. Video import
The app handles only videos you explicitly choose from Photos, Files, or the share sheet. A temporary copy of a shared video stays on the device and is removed after processing or on a later launch.
4. Local storage
If history saving is enabled, transcripts are stored on your device. You can delete history in the app. Deleting the app also removes its related local data.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit. We do not receive payment card details. Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to purchases.
6. Children’s privacy
The app does not collect personal data and does not include behaviorally targeted advertising for children.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when features or laws change. We will announce material changes on this page or in the app.
